Job summary

Jabil is seeking an engineer to lead manufacturing projects and support production on precision machining and finishing tasks. You will develop and execute validation protocols, drive process improvements, and ensure quality standards are met in a regulated environment.

The role requires a BS in engineering with 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering, plus Lean Six Sigma knowledge. Travel and shift coverage may be required; a strong collaboration mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma cert or 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device) preferred.
• Knowledge of project leadership, cost tracking, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects, small cross-functional teams, and schedule plans.
• Provide day-to-day support to production including turning, milling, EDM, finishing, packaging.
• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and report outcomes.
• Identify process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Participate in cross-functional teams with QA, Production, Finance, and Development.
