Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSME) or equivalent with 1–5 years manufacturing experience, preferably in firearms and lean.
• Experience with PCDMS CMM programming and SolidWorks is preferred.
• Must read/write and understand English; strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; CAM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and develop manufacturing processes, including production flow and equipment.
• Coordinate manufacturing launch of new or revised products, including goals, training and evaluation.
• Define tools, fixtures and CNC programs; document and implement changes.
• Perform cost reduction, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with shop personnel and cross-functional teams.
