You will analyze process capability with statistical tools, refine documentation, and lead small projects under supervision while transitioning to digital records and better collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelors BS OR 8+ years equivalent experience
• International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country OR 8+ years equivalent experience
• Aken - Certified Technician/ Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Production Support: Monitor production processes and identify inefficiencies through technical analysis.
• Manufacturing Process Ownership: Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Process Capability and Improvement: Analyze process capability using statistical tools and drive small-scale enhancements.
• Production Documentation Management: Create and refine production documentation and move toward digital platforms.
• Project Support and Leadership: Manage small-scale manufacturing projects with timelines and budgets.
