Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform general engineering work with opportunities to apply advanced concepts in medical device development.
• Ensure internal and external customer expectations are met with guidance from senior engineers.
• Adhere to QMS, FDA regulations, safety, and quality requirements across tasks.
• Review procedures, plans and implement improvements to products and processes.
• Lead or participate in projects delivering new product and process technologies.
• Apply data analysis to establish root causes for failures and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to share information and ensure understanding.
• Embed quality practices and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
