Northrop Grumman is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – Level 2 or 3 for our Space Sector in Dulles, VA. This onsite role runs a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. You will develop production plans, refine processes, and lead investigations to maintain program schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related STEM field with required experience.
• Hands-on electronics assembly experience and related processes.
• No security clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Creates, leads, and approves production plans.
• Leads engineering reviews and documents processes to maintain schedules for programs.
• Leads non-conformance review and root-cause determination.
• Designs manufacturing processes and layouts for assemblies and equipment.
• Specifies procedures for fabrication of tools and other functions affecting product performance.
• Adapts designs to factory and production conditions.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and interfaces with technicians.
• Supports ISO/AS9100 environments and continuous improvement initiatives.
