Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related degree is required.
• 1+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis and recommend vetted solutions.
• Communicate problems and solutions across functions and departments.
• Support production and maintain product/process documentation; monitor equipment performance.
• Coordinate design, development, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Train assemblers, quality control and technicians on processes, equipment, and documentation.
