Job summary

Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to drive manufacturing strategy and capital expansion across large-scale HVAC and modular data center production. You will lead capital projects, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires strong project management, lean leadership, and experience in multi-process manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of Manufacturing/Industrial/Operations Engineering experience.
• Experience in large-scale multi-process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and HVAC manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing strategies to support plant growth and capacity expansion.
• Develop labor models, capacity plans, and throughput improvement initiatives.
• Lead large-scale capital equipment projects from scope through startup.
