This is a 3rd shift position that includes a 12% shift differential.
Raytheon is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II whose primary responsibilities include supporting manufacturing production hardware in the Cable fabrication value stream for various radar and missile programs on 3rd shift. This position requires close cooperation with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines including Product Design, Test Development, and Test Engineering. The desired candidate will possess superb communication skills and be capable of working in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
