Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to create detailed work instructions, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, and collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.

You will design production tooling, perform root-cause analyses, apply Lean/Six Sigma, and work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel; a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
  • U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
