Responsibilities include troubleshooting, automation readiness, DFMA support, and cost optimization. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering, at least 3 years of experience, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methods along with SQL databases.

The Engineer II, Manufacturing is responsible for advancing new product development while sustaining and improving existing manufacturing processes. This role integrates new product and process technologies into production, ensures manufacturability, and supports ongoing operations through troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement. The engineer serves as the manufacturing lead on New Product Development (NPD) teams and acts as the subject matter expert for assessing process capability. While supported by senior engineering mentorship, the Engineer II independently owns projects, follows established processes, meets deliverable timelines, and communicates status and roadblocks to stakeholders.
