Job summary

Belcan is seeking a contract Manufacturing Process Specialist to develop processes enabling centrifugal casting. The role follows a first shift, 10-hour workday, four days per week (Mon–Thu, 5 AM–3 PM). Start date is immediate with a 12-month duration.

Compensation includes $37.32/hr plus benefits. DOE tasks and daily equipment startup are core responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of industrial experience; associate degree with 4+ years is acceptable, Master’s degree possible with

• Associate’s degree with 4+ years experience acceptable; Master’s degree possible with 2+ years experience.
• Familiarity with foundry and machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/ startup equipment for the day.
• Document results from prior day experiments and findings.
• Execute the daily DOE task.
• Hand off to counterpart on trailing shift.

Education & Experience Required:

Years of experience: 2-4 years industrial experience required.

Willing to accept Associate’s degree with 4+ years experience; can consider Masters but minimum of 2 years experience
