Qualifications

• Ability to develop creative solutions and incorporate ideas from cross-functional teams.
• Initiative to identify, prioritize, communicate and complete improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance to identify issues affecting yield or quality.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues related to design, materials or manufacturing processes.
• Apply process capability studies and value improvement projects to support goals.
• Prepare reports and maintain process and test documentation.
• Summarize test results, draw conclusions and recommend actions.
• Identify and manage equipment requirements to support production goals.
• Collaborate with R&D, process development, quality, regulatory, supply chain and marketing teams.
