You will drive manufacturing process development, support design for manufacturability, and lead continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams to enable robust product launches.

The role emphasizes process validation, risk assessment, and data‑driven decisions using Six Sigma and PLM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology field.
1+ year of engineering experience in new processes, products, and capital equipment.
GD&T knowledge/experience and risk analysis familiarity.
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing methods for new and existing products.
Partner with Product Development Engineers to improve manufacturability and cost.
Lead process development, validation, characterization, and continuous improvement activities.
Drive cost reduction through process optimization, design improvements, and capital projects.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tool Design, Tool & Die, Maintenance, and suppliers.
Support risk management activities including risk analysis and mitigation.
Create and refine manufacturing specifications, process documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize statistical tools to evaluate process capability and performance.
Manage multiple project priorities while contributing to new product introductions.
