Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience with explosives or pyrotechnical operations and hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and implement technologies to drive cost and quality improvements.
• Maintain process documentation such as BOMs, process flows and work instructions.
• Lead or participate in Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to associates and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and DoD-related standards.
