Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking an Engineer I, Manufacturing to support new product development and sustain existing manufacturing processes. You will help bring new products to production, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement under mentor guidance.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and preferably an internship in a related field.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma green belt preferred.
• Basic understanding of SQL or related database language.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform repairs to support operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with guidance from senior engineers.
• Learn and apply project management tools to ensure cost and time objectives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to project work.
• Develop high-quality documentation.
