Job summary

Phoenix Tailings in Exeter, NH seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I to turn process technology into reliable, repeatable manufacturing. You will work directly with production equipment and processes, improving throughput, reliability, quality, safety, and manufacturability on the Exeter floor.

This early-career role offers hands-on experience taking concepts from drawing board to production, with real impact on a new clean metals industry, and opportunities to learn, grow, and help build scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Chemical engineering or related technical discipline.
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Ability to apply engineering fundamentals to troubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions.
Experience with manufacturing equipment, mechanical systems, CAD, or related tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes at Exeter facility.
Design tooling and fixtures to improve throughput, safety, and quality.
Troubleshoot issues on the production floor and implement durable solutions.
Translate new process technologies into repeatable procedures for higher volumes.
Support installation, qualification, and improvement of new equipment.
