As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will leverage your experience and technical expertise to develop innovative solutions, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead initiatives that drive quality, cost efficiency, and productivity in our aerospace manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges, drive continuous improvement, and enhance manufacturing capabilities. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to early-career engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Location: Plainville, CT - This position is 100% on site, Monday through Friday to support production (1st shift: 7:00am-4:00pm).
