Bath & Body Works is seeking an individual contributor to drive process development and scale-up of new formulas for timely product launches. The role focuses on transferring technology to manufacturing, ensuring quality, cost targets, and on-time delivery across functions such as Product Development, R&D, Packaging and Quality.
The candidate should have 0-2 years of manufacturing experience, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication.

As an individual contributor you will be responsible for process development, scale-up of new formulas and transfer of technology to ensure product launches meet expectations in the areas of quality, cost, and timing. Additional areas of responsibility include continuous improvement of processes and formulas to deliver cost savings, improved quality, and lead times reductions. Previous experience in personal care formulating or manufacturing is preferred to ensure knowledge of raw materials and processes. This position interfaces internally with Product Development, Research & Development, Packaging and Quality.
