Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with printed circuit board manufacturing and process engineering.
• Knowledge of verification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Support PCB manufacturing, SMT, and selective soldering.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ equipment qualification and validation.
• Troubleshoot PCB manufacturing and testing issues.
• Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop testing methods and support process verification and validation.
• Work with equipment vendors, technicians, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain manufacturing/process documentation.
• Ensure processes comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
