This hands-on role blends office analysis with floor experience, owning processes from part fabrication to verification and repeatability on horizontal boring mills and large lathes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with experience in a manufacturing function.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
• Thorough understanding of GD&T.
• Experience programming CNC controls using G-code.
• Real experience with machining, part setup, cutting tools, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Owns machining processes end to end, from part fabrication to verification and repeatability.
• Develops, modifies, and reviews G-code for horizontal boring mills, lathes, and heavy equipment.
• Implements PFMEAs, process control plans, work instructions, and change control.
• Specifies tooling and equipment for efficient production and identifies capital purchases.
• Provides technical support across production, quality, suppliers, and customers.
