Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Ag/Biosystems Engineering required.
• Excellent root cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in Creo and TeamCenter; experience with Visual Basic and MS Office helpful.
• Comfortable working in a production environment.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; internships and coops can be counted as professional experience.
• Capable of working independently and as a team member.
• Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset.
• Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Desire to work on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous improvement and optimizing operations to ensure manufacturing safety, quality, and efficiency
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve quality-related process issues and implement solutions
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance
• Implement tooling and fixture improvements to optimize processes
• Create work instructions and training materials
• Participate in safety incident investigations and provide technical guidance for countermeasures
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
• Contribute to projects that impact communities in the greater Fargo-Moorhead metro
• Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
