Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Milwaukee, WI to serve as a key link between Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing. The role emphasizes transforming concepts into repeatable, manufacturable processes through hands-on collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing engineering experience and strong problem-solving abilities, with comfort working in office and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing engineering experience required.
• Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Occasional travel to manufacturing facilities as needed.
• Travel not expected to be extensive.
• Experience with soft goods manufacturing or related materials is a plus.
• Product development or new product introduction experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the bridge between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Support product launches from concept through production.
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and manufacturing trials.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
• Translate product designs into manufacturable, scalable solutions.
• Partner with domestic and international manufacturing teams to support production needs.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
