This hands-on role focuses on turning concepts into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes and works across design and production teams.

The ideal candidate has strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in manufacturing engineering, and comfortable working in both office and shop

Qualifications

• Manufacturing engineering experience.
• Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience with soft goods manufacturing is a plus.
• Travel to facilities is possible but not extensive.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Support product launches from concept through production.
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and manufacturing trials.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
• Translate product designs into manufacturable, scalable solutions.
• Partner with domestic and international manufacturing teams to support production needs.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
