Job summary

Intelletec Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and scale local manufacturing operations in Houston. The role emphasizes end‑to‑end manufacturing support, production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization for protection relays and related electronics devices.

You will collaborate with engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to drive new product introductions, implement efficiency initiatives, and maintain ISO quality standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent training and experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or operations.
• Previous management, leadership, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, production operations, quality systems, and product development lifecycles.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and SAP or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing and operational strategies at the Houston facility.
• Support production planning and ensure on-time delivery while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Ensure materials, components, equipment, and resources are available to meet targets with efficient inventory levels.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and quality teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, waste reduction, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external manufacturing partners and electronics manufacturing service providers.
• Maintain ISO management systems and support audits and documentation.
