Qualifications

• Experience in part processing using grinding, turning, machining centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of manufacturing systems with focus on quality and throughput improvement.
• Direct the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Study product requirements; design, modify, and test manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Provide technical support for plant operations.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Analyze process elements and equipment deficiencies for improvements.
• Occasional training and assignment of work to a small team.
