Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (or 8 years' experience).
Experience analyzing production data with Pareto charts, control charts, and SPC.
Knowledge of Lean methods (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements.
Evaluate non-conforming hardware for repair, rework, or replacement.
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to improve throughput and stability.
Lead small projects and support equipment, tooling, and process improvements.
