Webco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to solve problems, improve processes, and drive safety and efficiency on the plant floor. You will partner with production, quality, and leadership to deliver measurable performance gains.

The role blends office work with hands-on manufacturing tasks, including time studies, capacity analysis, and SOP development. This position emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
