The Manufacturing Engineer will coordinate planning, control and completion of engineering projects within a manufacturing setting. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of design software and MS Office tools.
• Familiar with GD&T and APQP/quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing departments.
• Optimize production assembly and test methods to meet cost targets.
• Develop tooling drawings, floor layouts and manufacturing cells.
• Check drawings and design work as needed.
• Work with vendors to ensure economical manufacturing processes.
• Assist Quality with procedures and work instructions.
• Communicate clearly and present data effectively.
