You will lead Kaizen events, manage project timelines, develop manufacturability documentation, and collaborate with electrical and other engineering teams.

Requires a BS in Engineering and 2+ years in CI/Mechanical/Manufacturing roles; SolidWorks and MS Office proficiency; salary range $75,000-$105,000

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in CI/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with kaizen events preferred.
• Proficient in project management and communication.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in SolidWorks and related engineering software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepares RFEs for projects to implement new tools and equipment with long-term profitability impact.
• Leads design estimation, feasibility, times, assembly, testing, and costs.
• Conducts financial justification via labor savings, efficiency, scrap reduction, safety improvements.
• Develops manufacturability documentation (BOMs, flow charts, drawings, schematics).
• Communicates design intent to electrical engineering and ensures efficient operation.
• Manages total project activities with timely completion and cross-functional teamwork.
• Provides technical assistance to all departments and customers.
