Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Saline, MI location. The ideal candidate will support teams in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between teams, monitoring process performance, and driving the timely implementation of improvements. A BS in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in automotive engineering are preferred. Join us for a collaborative culture with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in automotive engineering preferred.
• Knowledgeable of fixture design and sensors.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and Product Design teams.
• Perform routine process analyses to assess overall performance.
• Monitor plant KPIs and champion performance improvements.

Skills

Knowledge of aluminum extrusion

Strong technical writing

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Experience with CAD systems

Problem-solving skills

Education

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
