Job summary

The successful candidate will lead audits, develop corrective actions, and support ISO compliance while working in an off-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership in ONE FORD behaviors and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience beneficial; knowledge of root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to establish and improve manufacturing processes and products.
• Support machining and assembly operations and drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Lead and conduct process audits and develop corrective actions where needed.
• Identify throughput constraints and drive root-cause improvements.
