Job summary

Warriors Solutions in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize processes for high‑precision machining and assembly. You will analyze workflows, layout, and equipment, implement CAM/CAD driven improvements, and partner with quality to drive FPY and cycle time reductions.

The role requires a four‑year engineering degree, 4+ years CAD/CAM experience (SolidWorks/Mastercam/Fusion 360/Mazatrol), and strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering (or related).
• 4+ years of CAD experience — SolidWorks preferred.
• 4+ years of CAM experience — Mastercam preferred.
• 4+ years of programming, operating, and process development for 3/4/5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Experience with 3/4/5 axis milling, surface grinders, turning, wire EDM; CMM a plus.
• Experience holding tight GD&T tolerances (0.0010” or less).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and collaborating with vendors.
• Develop and implement processes by designing, modifying, testing methods and equipment.
• Improve efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and layout.
• Assure product quality by designing testing methods and control systems.
• Assist in identifying and implementing corrective action for nonconforming parts.
• Lead and participate in R&D programs to expand capabilities.
