Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Kaizen events to reach goals across Value Streams
  • Find ways to automate processes using robotics and other sources
  • Manage/oversee environmental processes and reporting
  • Develop relationships to build a cohesive team aligned with company direction
  • Develop processes to reduce costs and increase manufacturing efficiency
  • Ensure processes meet or exceed quality requirements
