Job summary

Search Masters is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support engineering initiatives within a heavy assembly production environment, analyze processes, and develop work instructions to ensure operational consistency.

You will drive process optimization, author SOPs, lead CI projects, manage routers in JD Edwards, and design fixtures using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to optimize plant layouts and productivity.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BS Eng) required.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with assembly processes and plant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing engineering initiatives in a heavy assembly production environment.
Analyze assembly processes and develop work instructions for operational consistency.
Drive process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Author and maintain SOPs to uphold quality and safety standards.
Lead Continuous Improvement projects to advance performance.
Enter and manage routers in the JD Edwards ERP system.
Oversee and manage Process Flow FMEAs to identify failure modes.
Handle quoting activities to support business development.
Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design fixtures and plant layouts.
