Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing experience, including CNC machining and assembly.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure completion of machining optimization projects.
• Liaise with Engineering and Purchasing departments for effective resolutions.
• Determine manufacturing capabilities and third-party manufacturing needs.
• Conduct machine capability and workflow studies to drive improvements.
