Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer at their Rumford, RI facility. This role will actively support manufacturing operations, focusing on process improvements, training team members, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $71,000 - $105,000 and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and three months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three months of professional experience through internships, co-ops, or work in engineering or manufacturing roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC machine programs.
• Support troubleshooting and operator training.
