Job summary

You will partner with operations, quality, maintenance, tooling, and product engineering to drive continuous improvement, reduce scrap, and improve OEE while ensuring safety and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes new product introductions and equipment modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering.
• 3–5 years manufacturing engineering in machining or casting.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and tooling.
• Experience with CNC machining operations.
• Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with PFMEAs, control plans, and process diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC machining process development and optimization.
• Coordinate new product launches from prototype to production.
• Collaborate on tooling and fixture design for manufacturability.
• Improve OEE, throughput, and tooling efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
