Qualifications

• Mastercam: 5 years (Required).
• CNC 3-Axis: 5 years (Preferred).
• CNC Setup/Programming: 5 years (Preferred).
• Equipment familiarity: Hardinge Chucker Lathe, Bridgeport Knee Mill, ProtoTrak Bed Mill (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam and create/edit G-code for efficient machining.
• Set up Haas 3-axis mills and lathes, including work offsets and fixtures.
• Select cutting tools and strategies; compute speeds/feeds for quality and efficiency.
• Read blueprints and GD&T requirements; inspect parts using precision tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain tooling and calibration.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
