Job summary

IAPMO in Jackson, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on CNC programming experience to join our local operations. We are targeting candidates willing to relocate to the Jackson area to support our growth.

You will develop fixtures and tooling, write CNC programs using SolidCam and Mastercam, and analyze data to drive quality, reliability, and cost improvements while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Proficient with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
• Extensive in-depth machine shop experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Will consider an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must have experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
• Must have in-depth machine shop experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
