Job summary

Image Associates Inc. in Jackson, TN seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with CNC programming experience to optimize production processes and ensure they meet customer and company requirements.

You will develop fixtures, tooling, and systems to manufacture parts, drive quality and reliability improvements, and maintain a safe, cost-conscious operation using SolidCam and Mastercam.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of G-Code.
• Expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
• In-depth machine shop experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.

• Must have experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Must be knowledgeable about G-Code
• Demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
• Must have in-depth machine shop experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
