The role emphasizes project definition, planning, and execution, with governance of CAPEX, FAT/SAT, and cost-out initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing capital projects within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Experience leading equipment installation, automation, or manufacturing technology projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead CapEx projects from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Drive initiatives supporting Cost-Out, Design-to-Value (DtV), quality improvements, and capacity expansion.
• Define equipment and system requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage equipment procurement, vendor relationships, technical reviews, and project execution activities.
• Plan and support shutdown activities, ensuring successful installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate performance and readiness.
