Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in process engineering and Lean.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Kaizen.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall health of assigned areas (production flow, equipment, layout).
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
• Attend and lead Kaizen events to foster improvement.
• Create/update Work Instructions and Standard Work for areas.
• Identify and complete CAPEX and cost-out projects.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, procurement).
• Identify and solve problems with focus on HSE and quality compliance.
• Perform engineering assignments ensuring quality and schedule requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
