Yanfeng is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Chattanooga, TN to lead process improvements, coordinate deployments, and mentor engineering staff. The role focuses on improving cost, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing operations across the plant.

The engineer will design and refine production processes, analyze designs for efficiency gains, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, and program teams to ensure successful launches and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Science Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or similar).
• 2–5 years of experience in the field.
• 3+ years in automotive industry preferred; travel to customer sites required.

Mansioni

• Carry out process improvements and problem resolution.
• Coordinate deployment of improvements and provide training support.
• Develop manufacturing processes for cost reduction and quality improvements.
• Lead equipment installation and relocation projects and layout plans.
• Maintain plant documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, ODS).
• Analyze designs for potential improvements and evaluate results.
