Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree required in mechanical, manufacturing, chemical, plastics or engineering technology.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, or tooling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross–level collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide manufacturing feasibility assessments for product design, changes and quality concerns.
• Develop process flow and plant layout requirements to meet program goals.
• Define capital equipment and tooling and manage budget; lead procurement and installation.
• Lead DOE and data–driven studies; manage risk via Process FMEA (RPN).
• Support production equipment/tooling deployment, pilot runs, and training.
• Travel within North America and internationally to meet launches.
