Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and technical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (Creo preferred).
Responsibilities
- Investigate, procure, integrate, and install new equipment to increase production tech and automate processes.
- Implement new technology and review processes to improve safety and efficiency.
- Study process layout and improve material flow.
- Identify and proactively address issues before they occur.
- Provide daily support to Manufacturing and Maintenance to resolve process issues.
