Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret electrical, electromechanical, and cable schematics during development and production stages.
• Update and create assembly work instructions for efficient assembly based on drawings/models.
• Investigate technical problems and provide guidance to manufacturing operators to improve performance.
• Identify and maintain tool lists required for efficient assembly of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing failures and implement corrective action.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide input to product design regarding design concepts and requirements to optimize equipment use.
