You will improve quality and production efficiency, specify equipment, and lead automation and AI-driven improvements on the factory floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, plus 5+ years in manufacturing, with strong communication, documentation, and CAD (SolidWorks) skills.

Qualifications

• Requires clear communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
• Familiarity with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
