Job summary
Miltec UV is a UV equipment manufacturer located in Stevensville, Maryland, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to create and optimize processes for assembly, test, and production of our products. You will document procedures, drive continuous improvement, and integrate automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with MRP systems.
- Experience with Quality Systems and GMPs desired.
- Experience with lean manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, implement, and document manufacturing processes.
- Monitor yields, analyze costs, and drive quality improvements.
- Provide design improvements to ensure manufacturability.
- Support QA and engineering teams in corrective actions.
