FALCATA Defense & Space Systems Division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Aid in Huntsville, AL to support low-quantity high-mix manufacturing operations. You will assist multiple manufacturing groups with documentation, setup, process control, and shop-floor activities in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, familiarity with IPC/J-STD/MIL/DoD standards, and maintaining compliance with safety programs.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required, with 4+ years of relevant experience (degree in lieu of experience accepted).
• Experience reading engineering drawings, bill of materials, and process specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support MES/ERP and other systems to manage product data, BOMs, revisions, and work orders.
• Assist with SMT, mechanical, and assembly processes; track material kits and shortages.
