Qualifications

• Experience building asset strategy, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment set‑up, operation, or repair.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive asset strategies for assigned assets.
• Lead efforts to improve asset performance and reliability.
• Support operations teams with coaching operators on safe equipment operation.
• Lead the Root Cause Analysis process and execute corrective actions.
